Legal Partners assesses cases for clients to provide an independent and neutral view of potential success and cost, similar to the review provided by third party financing companies. The assessment is made by the entire team of Legal Partners to assure that the most neutral opinion is rendered, which will assist the client in deciding whether to pursue a case or determine the likely value of the case on the books in accounting. If such an assessment is made for a client, it is the commitment of Legal Partners not to take over the case to assure impartiality.
